We just ask that the returned product is still new and in sellable condition with all components, packaging and accessories intact and not broken. To make it hassle free, we will send you a prepaid shipping label so there’s no additional cost to you. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a full refund including any regular ground shipping charges if you paid for shipping. So go on and place that order.
